• trying to transition to a product role? get an evaluation of your existing product skills
• defining and tracking actionable success metrics
• making the business case for a specific initiative
• exploring business models using the business model canvas
• reviewing product strategy including guiding questions and principles
• iterating or reviewing multiple product deliverables
• applying evaluation criteria to ideas, hackathon projects, or a backlog

Sessions may be used any time within 12 month of purchase date.

4 55 minute sessions – $995 (save $185)

This package is good for people who want to work on larger projects or learn new skills:

• trying to transition to a product role? learn how to showcase your skills.
• new to writing user stories? learn good form, decomposition, and prioritization.
• want to learn how to do usability testing with little to no budget?
• learn how to make the business case for a new initiative
• overwhelmed with feature requests? learn how to shift the conversation to benefits
• need help planning a product launch? 
• managing a team for the first time?
• need to develop a product, distribution, or pricing strategy?
